Hytek 2026 Management Trainee "Product Experience Workshop" Kicks Off!
Four days of immersive growth — start your power world from here!
Youth assembles, dreams take flight;
In the blazing July summer, passion burns bright.
The Hytek 2026 Management Trainee "Product Experience Workshop" officially kicks off!
A group of young dreamers will complete a magnificent transformation from campus to career right here. In just four days, they will take the pulse of the hydraulic industry in depth and fully experience Hytek's craftsmanship and warmth.
Day 1
Keywords: Onboarding, Team Formation, Leadership Address, Policies & Safety
Onboarding formalities began promptly at 8:00 a.m., followed by the opening ceremony at 9:30, where senior company leaders delivered speeches and outlined Hytek’s overall profile. A half-hour crash course on the basic principles and applications of the company’s core hydraulic components then brought newcomers up to speed so they could “learn the lingo.”
The afternoon was where things really kicked off — the camp opening ceremony and team formation. Each team created its own name, slogan, and flag, turning ice-breaking into the first battle. Next, the HR department dived into corporate culture, benefits, and attendance policies, while the safety instructor delivered the essential course on occupational health and safety. Day 1 laid the groundwork with “policy and culture,” giving newcomers a clear sense of the boundaries and a strong feeling of belonging.

Meanwhile, on a parallel track:
the R&D Center also arranged a “Leadership Opening Introduction” and a workshop tour that day, giving participants a quick overview of the company.

Day 2
Keywords: Site Visit, Tool Use, Hands-on Practice
In the morning, they headed straight to the workshop floor. Led by production and after-sales staff, they toured each product line one by one, receiving on-site explanations of the processes and equipment, and learned to use tools — wrenches, screwdrivers, and other disassembly and assembly tools.
After the visit, the management trainees returned to the meeting room. Drawing on their understanding of the company’s products built up over the past day and a half of training, they worked with their teammates to assemble a model car for their team using building blocks — hands-on ability is the very first hurdle.

Meanwhile, on a parallel track,
the R&D Center also arranged "Software System Training" (hands-on practice with OA and SAP), "Process Training," as well as courses on quality awareness and product applications, combining theory and hands-on practi ce in parallel.

Day 3
Keywords: Full-day Team Building, Trust & Collaboration
This day was handed over to the great outdoors — professional outdoor team building ran from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No PowerPoints, no workshops, just sweat and teamwork — building trust through games and forging unspoken understanding through challenges.

Day 4
Keywords: Communication Course, Team Proposal Development, PPT Roadshow, Judging & Scoring
The final day was all about output. The morning started with a "Communication and Listening" course, helping the newcomers realize the importance of expression.
After that, each group independently completed a "Product Analysis" and prepared a presentation PPT — the culmination of the four days of learning. Each team then took the stage for a roadshow presentation, with a judging panel composed of senior company leaders and department heads scoring on the spot — the tension was at its peak.

Though brief, every segment of these four days was carefully designed:
Day 1 solved the identity question — “Who am I, and where am I?”
Day 2 solved the technical question — “What do I do, and how do I do it?”
Day 3 solved the teamwork question — “Who do I work with, and how do we collaborate?”
Day 4 solved the value question — “What can I deliver, and how do I present it?”
Each step built on the last, interlocking seamlessly.
This “workshop-style” intensive training not only imparts knowledge but also shapes behavioral habits and ways of thinking.
Training has its end, but growth knows no limits. May every 2026 management trainee carry the gains of these four days into their roles, and truly be able to take apart a product, explain the logic with clarity, withstand pressure, and integrate into the team.
The future holds great promise — we’ll meet at the summit!
