I. Regarding Product Authenticity Identification and After-Sales Policy

Our company reserves the right to authenticate the authenticity of the products it manufactures and sells. All products sent for repair must undergo authentication by our company’s professional technical department. If a product is authenticated by our company as a counterfeit or shoddy product not manufactured by our company, we will not provide any form of after-sales service, including repair, replacement or return, and will assume no liability for breach of contract. Meanwhile, our company is entitled to refuse to return the counterfeit product, so as to prevent it from re-entering the market. For any quality accident, personal injury or property damage that may arise from counterfeit products, our company shall bear no product quality liability or “Three Guarantees” (repair, replacement and return) liability in accordance with the law.

II. Strictly Pursuing Legal Liabilities of Parties Involved in Counterfeit and Shoddy Products

Any act of manufacturing or selling counterfeit products of our company constitutes a serious illegal act. Our company will comprehensively investigate all leads concerning the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy products, and file complaints and reports with the market regulatory authorities in accordance with the law. For cases suspected of constituting a crime, our company will report them to the public security authorities in accordance with the law, and request the initiation of criminal investigations against the suspected entities and individuals. At the same time, our company will bring civil lawsuits before the people’s courts in accordance with the law, fully safeguarding the company’s brand rights and market order.

We urge all consumers, customers and partners to remain vigilant and purchase our products through authorized sales channels. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of a purchased product, you may contact our official customer service for verification and authentication. Meanwhile, we welcome consumers, customers and partners to report any leads on the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy products to our company or directly to the market regulatory authorities.
