The preliminary research meeting for the industry standard "Hydraulic Pumps - Part 4: Internal Gear Pumps" was successfully convened in Wenzhou on December 26, 2024. Organized by the National Technical Committee on Hydraulics and Pneumatics Standardization and led by Hytek Power Co., Ltd., the meeting was attended by 13 members of the preliminary research working group, including representatives from the National Technical Committee on Hydraulics and Pneumatics Standardization, manufacturing enterprises, universities and research institutions. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Luo Jing of the National Technical Committee on Hydraulics and Pneumatics Standardization, with Hytek General Manager Gu Hongyu representing the company's management. In recent years, with growing demands for gear pumps with lower noise and higher pressure as well as rapid developments in servo drive technology, internal gear pumps have seen accelerated market adoption and continuous market expansion, making it imperative to establish dedicated standards for internal gear pumps to better regulate product development.
During the discussion session on the draft standard, Dr. Zhai Likui, Deputy General Manager and Director of the Technology Department of Hytek Power Co., Ltd., presented the discussion draft of the industry standard JB/T7041.4 "Hydraulic Pumps - Part 4: Internal Gear Pumps" to the attendees. He provided detailed introductions on the project proposal, standard draft, compilation notes, and project proposal document. The participating experts engaged in lively discussions focusing on the necessity of standard establishment, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and other key aspects, conducting in-depth exploration of the industry standard's significance. The first working meeting of this industry standard preliminary research session achieved complete success.
During the meeting, the attending representatives visited Hytek's precision manufacturing workshop, testing/inspection center, AGV intelligent logistics center, and horizontal machining center, where they gained comprehensive understanding of the full-spectrum production management of internal gear pumps - from raw materials, processing and manufacturing, assembly, testing to logistics and warehousing.
