On January 8, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology and three other government agencies officially released the 2024 (31st batch) list of Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers in the manufacturing and high-tech service sectors. This recognition aims to identify enterprises with strong technological innovation capabilities, management innovation competencies, and leading roles in driving technological advancement within their respective industries. Hytek was successfully certified as a "Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" in recognition of its high-efficiency technological innovation output and robust R&D capabilities.

The Enterprise Technology Center is jointly evaluated by the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology together with the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Provincial Department of Finance, Provincial Taxation Bureau, and Hangzhou Customs. This recognition imposes strict requirements on participating enterprises across multiple indicators including innovation investment, technological accumulation, innovative talent, platform development, technological output, and innovation benefits. It represents comprehensive recognition of an enterprise's innovation capabilities, innovation mechanisms, and exemplary leadership role in all aspects of development.
